quilting today.... this is a king size quilt with lots of border feathers and block feathers. This will take a few days to finish, I am sure... but it is fun.............

Debbie, is that your quilting, or marking that we see in the pictures? My first thought was "THAT is a lot of marking" but then it dawned on me, that it might actually be sewing.
Good luck with your work, either way. There's nothing like getting the quilting done and seeing a flat piece take on the dimension that makes it a quilt.
